How Can We Help?
Despite the ongoing situation, we’re doing our best to fulfil and send your orders every day. If you place your order before 2pm, it’ll be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
All our orders are send using the Royal Mail service. As they’re experiencing staff shortages and are currently operating on reduced service times (please see their announcement here), there may be some delays caused by that. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Please allow for a few extra days if you’re experiencing a delay with your order.

As soon as you place your order, we work on the dispatch process as quickly as possible, so if you decide you want to amend your order please email us at [email protected] and we will try to accommodate your request where possible. However, please note that once the order has been dispatched we will not be able to make any amendments to it, so if you no longer want your item or would like to exchange for something different, please return it to us in the original and unopened state.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer the same day delivery. We’ll be looking into it in the future though, so please check again in a few months.
Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 2pm Monday–Friday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday) – £2.60 or free when you spend £50 or over.
Please note: Our next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
